Villa St. Roko is situated in the medieval
summerhouse of a local nobleman, just near the sea, in Zaton Bay, 17
kilometers west of Dubrovnik.
Villa St. Roko offers 3 apartments (each per 4
persons), and 6 two-bed rooms, each with its own bathroom. The
kitchen can also be used. Villa guests are free to use its private
parking lot, its private beach with a shower, and even the
small chapel which is the part of Villa. The pier and the seafood
restaurant are nearby the Villa.
Spend a leisure summer holidays; escape from a
rush hour and noise. Visit "SUMMERHOUSE AT THE SEA"

Apartment 1
70 sqm apartment, for 4-6 persons. We recomendet not more then 4.
Living/Dining room with Kitchen on the ground floor, and two
bedromms in the first floor. The bedrooms are with 1 x double bed
and the oter with two single beds. From both zimmer, you have a
great view on the see. In front of the apartment is terace with
graet view over the bay of Zaton.
Apartments 2 and 3
are located at the Villa's top floor and have
separate entrances directly from the street. Apartments consist of one room, a kitchen and a bathroom,
and can suit 2 to 4 people. However, we recommend 2 persons per
apartment. The apartmnts 2 and 3 are in a quiet area but you may
hear occasional noise from street.
Room Apartment
has the total of four rooms, which are all
located at the Villa's first floor. Two rooms have a beautiful sea
view. Except the rooms, at the Villa's first floor there are the
kitchen and the terrace with tables in front of the kitchen, as well
as the large sea view terrace (20 square meters) and the garden. The
guests of the rooms are free to use all of the amenities.
Characteristics of the rooms:
Room 1: 2+1 beds; bathroom inside the room
Room 2: 2+1 beds; bathroom inside the room
Room 3: 2+1 beds; its own bathroom outside the room (1-meter
distance)
Room 4: 2 beds; its own bathroom outside the room (1 meter distance)
We recommend to book the all three rooms in the package.

The house is directly at the private beach, very close at
purchase possibilities, restaurant is in direct in sews to find.
Locally one can drive much walking, bicycle. In less than 15 min.
the following activities are to reach: Wind Surfing, fishing rods,
tennis, Scuba Diving, historical monuments, museums, cinema Airport
is approx. 25 km far away.
