Ten kilometres south-east from Dubrovnik, on the
half way to an airport Cilipi lays a small town called Mlini. Mlini
which lies on the shore of Zupa bay is the most beautiful town in
the region of Zupa dubrovacka. The upper part of the Mlini is called
Trgoviste and it is place on the road that connects Mlini with
Dubrovnik and the airport Cilipi. Water mills that existed long time
ago and the occupation of the people that used to work on those
mills are deserved for the name Mlini.

Summer Residence is a luxury summer home with 4
elegantly decorated and furnished Bedrooms with every comfort needed
for the occasional tourist or the demanding businessman.
Inside the walls of residence there is
Mediterranean garden that was rewarded several times as the most
beautiful garden in the region. It is unique experience to sojourn
in a time and place where the renaissance spirit mixes with modern
luxuries.
Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Place for max. 9 peaople to
sleep. We recommend max. 8 persons.
The villa comprises 4
bedrooms in total. Each of 4
bedrooms has own
bathroom,
great viewing over the bay of Zupa Dubrovacka, fully
air-conditions.
All
rooms are with rustically sense equipped. 4 double and 1 cots, 4 of
the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 9
people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
Kitchen, big and fully
equipped () and the dining room are downstears.
Dishwasher, baking
oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, icebox, washing machine.
Living room in Renaissance style and with the place for 8 people.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise.
It has a north facing garden, a summer house, a west facing patio
area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving
there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the
house having external lighting. Smoking is allowed in this villa.
The villa has television satellite/cable.

In less then 15 minutes drive away: Close to the villa you will
find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, tennis,

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, horse riding.
The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. The villa is 15 km from Dubrovnik International airport airport.
