Orašac is famous for its votive church to the
miraculous Virgin Mary of Orasac, built in the 15th century, and for
the "Arapovo" Palace, called Soderini, built at the beginning of the
16th centu-ry. Nearby, there is a large auto-camp nestled among old
olive trees. Orašac is located 13 km away from the City of
Dubrovnik.
There is a beautiful beach and a dock for smaller
boats on the shores of the Kolocep Canal found below.

Description of accommodation |
We offer you four apartments in villa Aquarius
(Orasac, Dubrovnik - Croatia). Each of that has a view to the see
and Elaphite islands. All apartments (each room) are air-conditioned.
Also, in each Apartment is SAT-TV, telephone. In Front is a garden
with palm, swimming pool, BBQ grill terrace.
In front of the house is a pool 10x5 square meter with sun furniture
for common use. Shower in the garden. BBQ Grill house in the garden.
In the ground floor is wash room with washing machine. In summer
months the guests may grapes/clusters as well as remaining
vegetables for own use pick.
Pets are allowed (see price list). Cleaning and bed
lining every seven days. The house is approx. 900 m far away from
the beach.
Apartment 1 - I. floor with 2 bedrooms
approx. 84 square meter, two bedrooms with double
beds, living rooms with SAT-TV and sleep couch as sleep possibility
for two persons, kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator with ice
subject, coffee machine and toaster, bath with bath tub, hair dryer,
WC and own window. Balcony with garden furniture and sea view. For 4
+ 2 persons suitably.
Apartment 2 - I. floor with two bedrooms
approx. 76 square meter, two bedrooms, one of it
with double bed and one with a bed (children's room). Living room
with SAT-TV and sleep couch as sleep possibility for two persons,
kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator with ice subject, coffee
machine and toaster, bath with bath tub, hair dryer, WC and window.
Balcony with garden furniture and sea view. For 3 + 2 persons
suitably.
Apartment 3 - II floor with two bedrooms
approx. 84 square meter, two bedrooms 1 x
doubling bed and 1 x with two single beds, living room with SAT-TV
and sleep couch as sleep possibility for two persons, kitchen with
electric cooker, refrigerator with ice subject, coffee machine and
toaster, bath with bath tub, hair dryer, WC and window. For 4 + 2
persons suitably.
Apartment 4 - II floor with 1 bedroom
approx. 62 square meter, bedrooms with
doubling bed. Living room with SAT-TV and couch offers sleep
possibility for 2 persons, kitchen with electric cooker,
refrigerator with ice subject, coffee machine and toaster. Bath with
shower, hair dryer, WC and window. For 2 + 2 persons suitably.

There is garage for 6 cars. First smaller
purchase possibilities is approx. 200 m far away, at least
restaurant is locally present (approx. 300 m). In less than 15 min
driving, the following activities are to reach: Wind Surfing,
fishing rods, tennis, Scuba Diving, historical monuments, museums,
cinema Airport is approx. 40 minutes with car far away.
